Pulling a Barbaro


Meaning: not having a leg to stand on.

Example: This email migration proposal is a Barbaro, since there's no demonstration of actual ROI.

(I'm awful, I know.  At least I didn't incorporate the euthanasia part though.  That is left as an exercise for the reader.)
