Important Safety Tip

Note to Domino developers: when in Xpages, public static does not mean the same thing that it does in Domino agents. Not by a long shot.

Domino wizards, of course, understand this instinctively. The rest of us must learn it the hard way. Or at least have read it here.

1 - I'm not sure what the difference would be. Javascript is Javascript so there should be only one possible definition for what public static does. I suppose I'll have to try it.

BTW, the hook hanger showed up properly in my RSS reader but here it's just a download link.
