Welcoming our newest colleagues

If you read this blog, you've probably heard by now that Synaptris is part of GBS. I'm very pleased to welcome our new colleagues.

As it happens, my team has been working closely with Synaptris engineers for several months now. We tapped them to work on our Dojo Grid control for surfacing Domino views presented in Transformer apps. They have done a spectacular job. We're looking forward to deepening the integration even further to leverage their expertise in content searching and email integration into the Transformer. Imagine having the power, flexibility and speed of FewClix in EVERY ONE of your XPages applications! You won't have to just imagine for long.

12 - It is Nov 9th and the old shareholders are not yet paid by GBS. Is the Acquisition really done

13 - It is Nov 27th and still old shareholders are not yet paid by GBS. Even no information when they are going to pay the money.

14 - I feel GBS may be short on cash to complete the transaction. Their financials do not look great. As I am presently not an employee, I dont know and no one tells any information

15 - Can Synaptris/GBS management confirm when we are likely to get the share money back?

16 - I wish this doesn't become another 'Variable Component' story

20 - Does anyone have any update on when Synaptris shareholders will be paid by GBS
